Temperature Sensor

I built a thermometer to use on my [now defunct] weather page. The temperature sensor is an LM35 chip by National Semiconductor. It connects to my Network Interface Box in order to be readable remotely. The graphs are generated using the freely available RRD Tool. Shown below is the analog to digital converter board. The LM35 chip (not shown) is located outside the window and connected by the three thin wires.
